
Hey everyone! Quick post today! (And sorry for the cruddy picture btw! :) ) But I just wanted to share this healthier version of the breakfast sandwich--so yummy and a new favorite!! Nothing too original, but I found these 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins at Wal-Mart and I just love them! I love the Double Fiber ones too!
I used egg whites, sliced mushrooms, and low-fat cheese on mine this morning! It's also yummy with sliced avocado or turkey bacon. The possibilities are endless! It literally took two minutes to make--I just popped the muffin into the toaster while I cooked the eggs. Much quicker than driving through McDonalds! Great idea for the kiddos too!
